Fukuoka Prefecture is on a mission to transform into an international financial hub and has recently entered into a strategic partnership with ACR Corporation. This collaboration will oversee the implementation of the "Financial & FinTech Talent One-Stop Introduction System." Despite the successful expansion of 23 companies from Asia, Europe, and America into the prefecture, they face challenges in attracting the right talent. This innovative system is designed to streamline the recruitment process, enabling the prefecture to swiftly relay employment inquiries from these growing companies to the secretariat, which in turn, promptly disseminates the job openings to a network of recruitment agencies, ensuring a more effective and coordinated talent acquisition effort.
