TEAM FUKUOKA, a tri-sector partnership advancing the International Finance City initiative in Fukuoka, is collaborating with the Japan-ASEAN Center in Tokyo. The partnership is aimed at leveraging Fukuoka's proximity to Asia and its livability. The Japan-ASEAN Center proposed this collaboration in recognition of Fukuoka's potential. Through the Center, TEAM FUKUOKA will reach out to businesses in the ASEAN region, inviting them to expand into Fukuoka. This will bolster their strategy to attract financial institutions and fintech companies from across Asia.
