The initiative maintains a database of "CXO talent" (chief-officer–class specialists capable of addressing corporate management challenges) and matches them with companies to support management. Since its launch in 2022, more than 800 individuals have registered, and there are cases where professionals engaged as side jobs have contributed to business expansion.
