Fukuoka International Airport Co. (FIAC), operator of Fukuoka Airport, reported record-high figures for both passenger traffic and flight landings in its FY2025 financial results. Operating revenue—the airport’s primary source of income—rose 14% year-on-year to an all-time high of ¥58.8 billion. Total passenger volume increased 9% year-on-year to 27.12 million, the highest on record. International traffic, driven by strong inbound tourism, surged 20% to 8.5 million, also a record.
